This privacy statement (“Privacy Policy”) explains how InQpharm (“InQpharm” or “we”) collect, use, and share the information you provide to us on the I-Remove mobile App (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy and the App’s Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We collect certain information from you when you provide it to us. For example, when you register for the App, we collect the personal information you give us such as your username and email address. When you use certain features of the App, you may also provide certain personal information such as your gender, age, height, weight, body measurements, photographs, address book contact information, nutritional intake, physical activity ratings, physical and emotional state and health goals.
We may also collect certain non-personal information from you, such as information about the device identifier used to access the App and phone operating system. In addition, we may collect information about your browsing behaviour such as the date and time you access the App and how long you use the App.
If you sign up or connect to our App through a third-party service such as Facebook connect, we may receive certain information about you from the third party based on your privacy settings with the third party.
We may combine the information we receive from you or about you with information that we automatically collect through the App, or with information that is provided to us from other sources.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?
We may use the information we collect from you for the following purposes: to deliver the services provided in the App to you; to contact you about an inquiry or order; to send you informational material related to your use of the App; to help improve the App and other InQpharm products and services; to address any problems with the App; to provide you with offers and promotions that may be of interest to you; and as otherwise described to you at the point of collection. In addition, from time to time, we may send you emails about our App, new products and other updates. If you wish to opt-out of receiving these communications, please see the “Opt Out” section below.
We may also use the information you provide, in a de-personalized or aggregated format, to conduct research about nutrition, fitness, and weight loss and maintenance.
DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
We may disclose your personal information in the following circumstances: with your consent or as disclosed to you at the time of collection; with third party service providers that assist us or help operate the App; with our parent company or subsidiaries; pursuant to a court order, subpoena, warrant, or as otherwise required by law, or in response to judicial process or a government inquiry; if such disclosure is necessary or appropriate to operate the App or to process any orders or registrations or to conduct any promotions, contests, or sweepstakes; to protect our rights and the rights or safety of third parties, including to protect the security and integrity of the App and to enforce our Terms of Service; and as part of a sale, merger or acquisition, or other transfer of all or part of our assets including as part of a bankruptcy proceeding.
We may share technical information or other information that you provide in a de-identified, or aggregated manner to third parties who may use this information for statistical and data analysis purposes.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS
When you click on links on the App, they may direct you away from the App to third party websites. Once you leave the App you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites, and we encourage you to read their privacy statements.
SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to prevent your personal information from being accessed, disclosed, or used by unauthorized third parties. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow reasonable and appropriate security measures to safeguard the information you provide to us.
COOKIES
A cookie is a piece of information that is placed automatically on your device when you access certain websites. The cookie uniquely identifies your browser to the server. Cookies allow us to store information on the server to help make the web experience better for you and to conduct site analysis and App performance review. Most devices are set up to accept cookies, although you can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. Note, however, that some portions of our sites may not work properly if you refuse cookies.
CHILDREN UNDER 13
We do not collect any personal information for children. If you are under 13, please do not submit any information to the App without the help of a parent. If you are a parent and you want to have information submitted by your child deleted, please contact us at support@inqpharm.com.
OPT-OUT OR LIMIT THE USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

If you prefer not to receive further product information and promotional mailings or emails from InQpharm, please indicate this in your instructions to us and please include your mailing address. Any email for which the primary purpose is the advertising or promotion of a product or service will contain contact an unsubscribe link or a reply email address to which you may reply to “opt-out” from receiving future marketing emails. However, you may continue to receive emails related to transactions that you conduct with InQpharm, such as, registration, order status, confirmation or reply emails.
